Media Training & Coaching
Being on camera is one of the few professional experiences where what you know matters less than how you come across knowing it. Presence, pace, clarity under pressure — these are practiced qualities. This coaching is built around you: your messages, your scenarios, the specific moments where you need to be at your best. We work until the camera stops feeling like a test.
Every engagement starts with a conversation — about your goals, your audiences, and the specific moments where you need to show up clearly and confidently on camera. From there, we build a program around you. That might mean a focused virtual session to develop your message framework and sharpen your technique, a full-day in-person intensive with a former network anchor in a professional broadcast studio, or something in between. What doesn't change is the approach: real feedback, real conditions, and coaching that's built around your voice — not a generic playbook.
The three-session hybrid program is our most popular option for individuals and small groups. Prices start at $3,000 and are scoped based on your specific needs.
1
Foundation & Message Architecture
We start with a real conversation about your communication goals, your audiences, and the on-camera situations that matter most to you. From there, we build your core message framework — the things you need to be able to say clearly, regardless of what question comes at you. You'll also learn the foundational techniques that give speakers control in any format: bridging, flagging, and a simple approach to handling questions you didn't expect. You'll leave with a preparation guide and a self-recording assignment that becomes our baseline for Session 2.
2
Coaching & Technique Building
This is where the real work begins. We watch your recording together, debrief specifically on what's working and what isn't, and start drilling the techniques that make the biggest difference on camera — delivery, pace, presence, message clarity under pressure. We also tackle the moments most people dread: the hostile question, the topic you weren't prepared for, the "I don't know" answer that doesn't cost you credibility. You'll leave with written feedback and clear focus areas heading into Session 3.
3
In-Studio Intensive
The capstone. We work in a professional broadcast environment with a former network anchor conducting live mock interviews while I coach from the floor. Multiple rounds, video playback, real-time debrief — and a final interview run under real conditions with no interruption. You leave with a recording of your capstone interview and a one-page green room guide you can use before every camera-facing moment going forward.
