I'm Hollie Geitner, APR — a communications strategist with nearly 30 years of experience helping organizations and leaders find their voice and tell stories that
actually land.

I've led communications for utilities during crises, shaped messaging for regional economic development, built award-winning teams, and counseled executives across
healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and the nonprofit sector. I've seen what works — and more importantly, I've learned what doesn't.

Here's what I know for certain: The best communication isn't about control or quantity. It's about clarity. It's about saying what you mean, grounding it in what you value, and trusting that the right people will recognize the truth when they hear and feel it.

That's the work I do now. And it's exactly the work I was made to do.
